By booking, entering, or using the premises of BookMyFarmhouse, the client (host/organizer) and all guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to read, understand, and agree to these rules before making any booking. Any violations will be the full responsibility of the client.

1. Booking & Usage
The property may only be used for the purpose specified at the time of booking (e.g., party, private event, photo/video shoot, etc.).
Sub-letting or transferring the booking to another party is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

2. Time Limit & Overstay
All bookings are time-bound. Guests must vacate the premises by the end of the booked time slot.
Overstaying without approval will lead to penalty charges and possible blacklisting from future bookings.

3. Prohibited Activities
Weapons & Firearms: Carrying or using guns, firecrackers, or any kind of weapon is strictly prohibited.
Drugs & Narcotics: Possession, consumption, or distribution of banned substances is strictly not allowed.
Illegal Alcohol: Our farmhouse is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and liquor from Haryana or any unauthorized source is not permitted as per state excise laws.

4. Safety & Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests during the event.
Any damage to property, misbehavior, or nuisance will be charged to the client.
Excessive noise, fights, or illegal gatherings will not be tolerated.

5. Cleanliness & Waste Management
Guests must maintain basic hygiene and cleanliness on the premises.
All trash and disposables must be collected and disposed of in the bins provided.

6. Legal Compliance
All activities must follow local laws, police regulations, and government norms.
Any illegal activity will be reported, and the client will be held legally accountable.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary per booking and will be shared at the time of confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days, after deducting any charges.

8. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be collected and is refundable after inspection of the property.
Deductions will be made in case of damage, overstay, or violation of rules.

9. Power Backup & Utilities
Power backup (if applicable) is available as per booking. Extra usage may attract additional charges.

10. Photography & Promotions
Personal photography is permitted.
For commercial shoots, reels, or brand promotions, prior approval from BookMyFarmhouse is mandatory.
