BOOKMYFARMHOUSE – GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking, entering, or using the premises of BookMyFarmhouse, the client (host/organizer) and all associated guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Usage

The property is to be used only for the purpose agreed upon at the time of booking (e.g., parties, gatherings, shoots, etc.).

Sub-letting or transferring the booking to another party without prior approval is not allowed.

2. Timing & Overstay

All bookings are time-bound. Guests must vacate the premises within the agreed slot.

Overstay without permission will result in penalty charges and may lead to blacklisting from future bookings.

3. Prohibited Activities

Weapons or Firearms: Strictly not allowed, whether licensed or unlicensed. Any use of weapons/firearms will lead to legal action.

Drugs & Illegal Substances: Possession or consumption of banned substances is strictly prohibited.

Illegal liquor (e.g., Haryana liquor in Noida/U.P.): Not allowed. Only liquor permitted under local excise laws is allowed on the premises.

4. Safety & Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for the conduct of all guests during the event.

Any damage to property, misuse of facilities, or harm to the environment will be charged to the client.

Noise and behavior must remain within acceptable limits and as per local guidelines.

5. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

Guests must ensure the premises are kept clean during the event.

All garbage and disposables should be collected and disposed of responsibly.

6. Legal Compliance

All activities must comply with local government norms, police regulations, and civic guidelines.

Any breach of law by guests will be reported to authorities, and the client will be held legally accountable.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by booking and will be shared at the time of confirmation.

Refunds are processed as per the agreed terms and may take 5–7 working days.

8. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be charged and is refundable after inspection of the premises.

Deductions will be made in case of damage, overstay, or rule violations.

9. Power Backup & Utilities

Power backup (if applicable) will be provided as per booking. Usage beyond standard limits may incur extra charges.

10. Photography & Promotions

Personal photography is allowed. For commercial shoots or promotions, prior approval is required.

BookMyFarmhouse reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund in case of rule violations, threats to safety, or unlawful activity.
